Booking

How far ahead should I book?

Suborbital seats typically sell out 3–6 months ahead. Orbital and lunar missions are scheduled 9–18 months out so there's time for training.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Choose "Booking for someone else" on the passengers step to add a gift message. The flyer completes their own readiness checks later.

Can I choose my seat?

Yes, every booking includes seat selection on an interactive map of the cabin. Some windows carry a premium, shown on the seat.

What happens if my launch is delayed?

Weather or technical delays move your launch to the next window at no cost. If the delay exceeds 30 days you can switch launches or request a full refund.

Training & Health

How fit do I need to be?

For suborbital flights, you should be able to climb seven flights of stairs in under 90 seconds and tolerate the centrifuge at mission peak G. Orbital and lunar flights require a full medical.

Is there an upper age limit?

No. Flyers in their eighties have flown with us. Medical clearance matters, not age.

What does the centrifuge feel like?

Like a heavy blanket pressing you into the seat for about a minute. You'll practise the breathing technique with a flight surgeon beforehand.

Will I get space sick?

About half of orbital flyers feel some discomfort in the first day. It almost never affects suborbital flights, which are too short.

Flight

Do I need to fly the spacecraft?

No. Aster and Halcyon are fully autonomous. Kestrel, Meridian and Selene are flown by professional crew.

Can I bring my phone or camera?

Yes, tethered personal devices are allowed after engine cutoff. Larger items go through the Personal Item Manifest add-on.

What is the Kármán line?

The 100 km altitude commonly used as the boundary of space. Some agencies use 80 km, which all our flights exceed.

Safety

How safe is it?

Every vehicle has a launch escape system, every flight has a dedicated mission control team, and every guest flight is preceded by an uncrewed flight of the same configuration.

What is a free-return trajectory?

A lunar path on which the Moon's gravity alone bends your path back to Earth, so no engine burn is needed to come home.

Payments

How does payment work?

A 10% deposit secures your seat, with the balance due 60 days before launch. This demo doesn't take payments.

Which currencies can I see prices in?

Prices are set in USD. You can display them in EUR, GBP or INR using the currency switcher. Conversions are indicative.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days before launch, or at any time if you are medically disqualified.
